We used it for three nights and the first it flooded completely in the rain while my neighbors coleman stayed dry all night long. We even put a canopy over it the second night, and it still leaked. As far as fiting four people in this , it would be possible as long as your all in a sleepig bag. We used a air mattress(quenn size) and barely had room for our bags. The frame was quite sturdy and held up extremely well in the 20 mph winds we were having. I would recommend this tent only if you are going to use it in a dry climate or know for sure your not getting any rain.
