They specify the size of the tent as 17x12, which in fact is 17x8, the additional 5Ft of width is the screened porch which is useless: you can not attach the mesh walls to the tent, they are hanging loose, so every bug can fly inside. The bedrooms are too small to fit quinn mattress, you can use twin which is too small for two adults.
The colors of the tent were different than on the picture - much darker, I do not like it. The floor was damaged in few spots, it lookes like something sharp was scratching the floor and it gets damaged.
Overall, very disappointing.
I am in the process of returning it
